Frequently asked questions

Our Admissions and Recruitment Office is open Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We also have enrollment officials available Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The admission process begins the moment you fill out your application, and you do not need any documents for that.

No, you don’t need to. At UAGM we offer a placement test that substitutes the College Board. We use it to help place you in the proper first year courses in Spanish, English, and Mathematics.

UAGM has several starting dates during the year. Our academic periods are: August, October, January, March, and Summer, which starts in June and July. The sooner you complete your application the better, since that is your first step towards reaching your academic goals.

Yes. You can hand in your grades or credits transcript up to the 11th grade, or the first semester of 12th grade.

The sooner you turn it in the better. But if a new academic period is about to begin, turn it in today, because we enroll student throughout the year.
