Program Description
Project management involves the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, and manage projects in order to achieve their objectives and generate value for organizations and society. In an environment characterized by continuous change, project management contributes to the efficient use of resources, the coordination of teams, and the achievement of organizational results.
Graduates of the Master of Business Administration with a Specialization in Project Management will develop the competencies needed to design, evaluate, and manage projects by integrating concepts, processes, and practices related to the discipline. They will also be prepared to analyze situations critically and reflectively, exercise leadership, make informed decisions, and respond to the challenges organizations face in dynamic and global environments.
Mission of the MBA in Project Management
The mission of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Specialization in Project Management at Universidad Ana G. Méndez is to develop ethically responsible and innovative professionals with global competencies who are capable of leading and managing projects that create organizational and societal value.
