The Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics Coordinated Program aims to prepare experts in the field of nutrition and dietetics who are qualified to interpret and apply scientific knowledge in nutritional planning, as well as in the organization, development, and management of programs for health promotion and the prevention of chronic health conditions. The program also prepares students to conduct research, study, and solve problems affecting individuals and/or populations. It integrates didactic courses with supervised practical experiences in community settings, food service, and clinical nutrition, totaling a minimum of 1,056 hours.

ACEND Accreditation Status 

The Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics Coordinated program at Universidad Ana G. Méndez is currently undergoing reaccreditation, in accordance with the requirements of the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
